Plenty of parks, conservation areas, outdoor rock-climbing walls (man-made) can provide hillside fun for SAFE climbing. Just 30 minutes of climbing can burn 300-500 calories, this underrated sport may just be activity to test your physical and mental strength.

Bonus Activity

One benefit to all these activities is that they can be done by yourself or with a small group of friends OUTDOORS. With COVID-19 keeping everyone indoors, this might be a great way to get out and exercise in a safer and more protected environment.
